Our Receptionists are the first point of contact for clients that access care at Doutta Galla, and are responsible for client registration, client appointments, data entry and other duties as required.

This 12 month fixed term position is responsible for working as an integral part of the Childrens Allied health time and the Adult Physiotherapy team. Together with the Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapist, you will assist with the delivery of group programs and provide support in liaising with families for the smooth running of the service. In the Adult Physiotherapy team you will assist with the group exercise programs such as hydrotherapy and falls and balance group.

To be successful in this position you will be suitably qualifies, have demonstrated experience in working with young children and/or adults, and have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with families, clients and other team members.
