The new Central City Community Health Service (CCCHS) provides a range of services for people living in or accessing the City of Melbourne who are experiencing homelessness, people who are at risk of homelessness, or living in low cost accommodation.
All the services are free of charge for these people to make an appointment phone 9677 0800 or by attending reception.
