Membership register

Details of all members are recorded in a Membership Register.

Who can inspect the register?
Anyone can inspect Doutta Galla's register of members. A person must make an application to Doutta Galla stating their name and address and why they wish to access the register.

What information must Doutta Galla give to a person who makes a request to inspect the register?
Doutta Galla must allow a person who makes a request to inspect the register (subject to the person meeting the requirements of the application process). The register contains the following information about each member:

  • the member’s name and address
  • the date on which the entry was made
  • up-to-date index which makes it convenient to locate a member
  • the name and details of each person who stopped being a member of the company within the last seven years
  • the date on which the person stopped being a member.
