Doutta Galla Community Health Service- “Excellence in Community Health” Awards
Doutta Galla Community Health Service (DGCHS) - “Excellence in Community Health” Awards seek to promote the goals of DGCHS as outlined in the Strategic Directions Statement 2007-2010 and celebrate the achievements, dedication and expertise of staff who make a significant contribution to the community we serve.
Entries are invited from all DGCHS staff either as individuals or teams. Staff can either nominate themselves or their team or nominate another staff member or team.
All staff who are nominated for an award are acknowledged at the award presentation ceremony.
One award is made in each of the five “Excellence in Community Health” Award categories:
- Innovation in responsive programs and services
- Excellence in quality and safety
- Excellence in service and customer support
- Excellence in community engagement
- Innovation in partnerships
