Speech Pathology Service
The Speech Pathology service at Doutta Galla Community Health Service is provided for children between the ages of 0-6 years. A speech pathologist may assess and treat a child presenting with difficulties in one or more of the following areas
- Understanding or using language
- Producing speech sounds
- Fluency (stuttering)
- Voice problems

Community Nursing
In partnership with you and your Doctor, the Community Health Nurse complements and works to create a healthy and happy environment for you as an individual, your family and any groups that you may belong to.
Some programs & services offered by the CHN are:
- Diabetes Prevention/Management
- Cardiac Rehabilitation
- Aged Care Support & Recreational Services
- Community Asthma Program (for 0 to 18 year olds).
- Home Based Falls Risk Assessments
- Nurses Clinic. Compliments the Medical Service)
- Stroke Prevention Program, for people who have recently been discharged from the Royal Melbourne.
