Housing Support for the Aged (HSA)

Eligibility for this program include:
People who:
•Are 50 years and over who live in the Cities of Melbourne or Moonee Valley;
•Who have complex needs and are not linked into services;
•Who require support to establish and maintain housing with the Office of Housing.
To be eligible for HSA people need to meet the following criteria:
•HACC eligible.
•50 years and over who live in the Cities of Melbourne or Moonee Valley;
•Complex needs and are not linked into services;
•Require support to establish and maintain housing with the Office of Housing.

Exclusions
People who are already linked into existing services.

Intake point and process
HSA referrals are only accepted:
•Internally by Older Persons High Rise Support Programs and the Community Connections Program
•Externally by the Office of Housing

Service availability
Service operates on an outreach model and is based at:
15 – 19 Gracie Street, Nth Melbourne
Monday - Friday, 9am – 4.30pm.
